It's been like 2 years since I've blogged. No doubt I do still read up on other people's blogs. Have just been lazy and deprived from speaking what's on my mind daily, weekly, monthly. My creativeness has been dampened by ARGHHH..u name it work pressure! Working life comes with a price to pay not to mention the pyshical attributes. Soon you'll be meeting another Michelin mascott. No Offence to those out there. To cut things short. I'm back Ba-Beh! Wooo~Hooo!

Sigh~~finally am able to log onto my blog after like nearly a month? With thanks to the "wonderful", "well-efficient" services of Telekom M'sia . Not that it's that bad but it takes a blardy long time like a week just for them to reset my port which was muddled up by them too. Phoned into make a complain which took 24 working hours = 3/4 working days just to have my port resetted. Had to survive without onlining for the last one week. At least had my cycling and other training to keep me occupied during hte day but at night..Gosh!! Really had no idea what to do at all..Astro?? Boringgggggg read? go out with friends? So ended up sleeping earlier than usual. But now am back in action. Met up with wena and dine out twice with wena,vampire and may lin when my computer was outta action during that duration. *yawn*Morning everyone~~Just feeling plain lazy this morning. Weather's pretty nice, not too hot or bright with lots of breeze..feel like I'm at the beach lolling around under the coconut trees Pulled my bum out of bed only when stomach started to call for attention Looks like I'm gonna have sausages again for lunch with bread. yum yum.. Usually in Kuching I've got no food problems but here am always stuck on what to eat..makan..mum mum..choices of food are pretty limited..hai~~~susah!susah!susah!

Feeling soo fresh today!! I feel good dududu..you know that I would...dududu..I FEEEELLL GOOOD!! OH yEa! OH Yea~~!!! Hahahaha..A case of morning crazy syndrome. Ran my usual route through batu berendam pass the super big hill full of graves which you can spot cows/ goats grazing there sometimes. Managed to do bout 5-7km in bout 40minutes..an improvement Yippie!! If there's no improvement damn frustrating coz had to go thru lotsa torture ( DIETING !!! ) But I guess it's worth it Wish my body can be like Christy Chung But then my body's still as flabby as ever.. So tempted to try those slimming programmes which came out in Star's section 2..My favourite section coz of the comics as well as the entertaining articles. Hopefully will be able to achieve my target which I set for the upcoming International Powerman Race this sunday in Putrajaya. Don't really like the race venue coz had a real bad experience there once. Crossing my fingers that history doenst repeat itself once again. I guess that's all folks !! Cheeriossss!!

Aloha!!Once again in the windy,bleak afternoon I'm bored. Gosh! I dont know what i'll do if I've to survive without the internet ..Hmm..Maybe just die of boredom or run around hte house annoyiing my other housemates with my crazy antics..Don't think they'll appreciate it much though..In the background I can hear the hondrums ( I think that's how it's spelt...lolzz) of small noisy kids in the play school behind my house. Every morning I'd wake up to the beautiful sound..NOT!! of the song good morning teacher..teacher...teacher...Make them sound like a gramaphone stuck somewhere-LAR..Guess later i'll go for a nice evening run.Should be pretty pleasant run today.
